DIGITAL PRODUCTS – ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the instant and downloadable nature of our products, all digital product sales are final.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Editable templates

  • Canva templates

  • Printable designs

  • Cricut/SVG files

  • PDF downloads

  • Digital craft resources

  • Instant-access content

There are no exceptions to this policy.


DOWNLOAD & ACCESS RESPONSIBILITY

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via download link or confirmation email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Download files immediately after purchase

  • Save files to a secure device

  • Back up purchased files

  • Ensure their email address is entered correctly at checkout

Thrive Beyond Crafts is not responsible for:

  • Failure to download files

  • Deleted emails

  • Device issues

  • Storage limitations

  • Expired download links

  • Lost files after purchase

Digital files are only available while the product is actively listed in our store. Once a digital item is removed from the store, access to the files is no longer guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their files immediately after purchase.


LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Products may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. Continued access to discontinued items is not guaranteed.


TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience a legitimate technical issue accessing your file, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

We are happy to assist with access issues; however, this does not qualify for a refund.


CHARGEBACK POLICY

Filing a chargeback after purchasing a digital product and agreeing to our no-refund policy may be considered fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide proof of digital access and download confirmation to payment processors

  • Block future purchases

  • Pursue appropriate action when necessary


POLICY AGREEMENT

By completing your purchase from Thrive Beyond Crafts, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy in full.

 

Because DTF transfers are custom-printed and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Color variations

  • User pressing/application errors

  • Change of mind

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue and the packaging

If approved, we will replace the item.
No refunds will be issued.

Pressing & Usage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for transfers damaged due to:

  • Incorrect heat press settings

  • Improper application

  • Use of household irons

  • Incompatible fabrics
